Close friend of mine was working on a small 2m, the joiner tube had to be replaced. Putting our heads together and using Fusion 360 we designed a mold that can house carbon tow and then form up the new joiner.
The is 6mmx6mm square with alignment holes, took roughly 30min on fusion to get right.
